Treatments

During a 60 minutes session you will receive the healing energy of Reiki. Before the session I will ask if you prefer to be comfortably seated or laying down. If you choose to lay down, you can lay down on your back during the entire session or half way into the session you can turn and lay down on your belly. Also, you can choose to listen to some music. I have a great collection of music that is ideal for Reiki treatments. Some of my clients said music enhanced their Reiki experience.

For the treatment there's no need to remove any clothing and no special clothing is required. Either if you come wearing your Gym clothes because you're planning to head to the Gym after the session or if you come after work wearing your business attire, you will receive the healing energy alike. The treatment offers the opportunity for you to calm and relax, leaving behind the stress and the tension that accumulates over time.

How many session should you have and how often? Even one single Reiki session can make a difference; however a course of regular treatments may be more effective. These may be weekly, fortnightly or less often depending on the needs of the individual. A treatment plan will be discussed with you, and reviewed as necessary. This will always be subject to your own preferences, and can be changed at any time according to progress.
