Instructors:

Serap Erbas:  Serap is a fully qualified Pilates instructor. She teaches both Mat and Equipment Pilates classes from beginner through to advanced levels. More info: http://www.pilates4you.co.uk.

Fernando Echeveste: Usui Reiki Master,  a fully qualified Qigong Instructor, a T'ai Chi Ch'uan Instructor (Simplified Yang style), Yoga (Multi-Style) instructor. His certification is fully recognized by Yoga Alliance. More info: http://www.breiking-free.com/aboutme

Fee : 900 TL

Included: 6 days halfborad accommodation in 2 or 3 bedded- rooms, 1 hour group pilates classes (mornings), 1 hour group yoga classes (evenings)

Excluded: Transport, Lunch, One to one lessons ( Reiki, Holistic massage, Tai Chi, neck, shoulder, back pain and spine issues).

About the region

Bartın Province, a small province in northern Turkey on the Black Sea, surrounds the city of Bartın. It lies to the east of Zonguldak Province.

Kure Dag Evi, is located in the beautıful Küre Mountains National park. It is located in Ulus half way between Safranbolu and Amasra. A perfect place to take a break while traveling between cities.

How to get there
  • There are direct buses to Ulus / Bartin from Istanbul two or three times a day. Bus companies Kamilkoc, and Metro Turizm. It is approximately 8 hours journey by bus.
